Electrical Engineering Services at NCTS HR DET LaMoure Transmitter Site

The Navy is seeking a small‑business‑set‑aside (later opened to all) to provide electrical engineering services at the NCTS HR DET LaMoure transmitter site. The contractor must remove an existing in‑kind utility transformer, refurbish it for on‑site spare storage, install a new transformer, and conduct testing to ANSI/NETA standards. Evaluation will be based on technical compliance, price, and past performance. This is a purchase‑order solicitation where the lowest‑priced technically acceptable quote wins. • Remove and refurbish the existing transformer, then store it as a spare on‑site. • Install a new utility transformer and perform ANSI/NETA‑compliant testing before commissioning. • Provide engineering documentation and support per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • Award based on technical compliance, fair and reasonable price, and past performance.
