Landscape Architect Services

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide Landscape Architect Services on an as-needed basis. The services may include studies and evaluations, technical investigations, permitting and compliance, system planning, design, project bidding, and construction services. The City is looking for vendors who can provide these services for various projects, including those funded by the City, SWFWMD, FDOT, FDEP, USEPA, and other agencies. The selected vendors will be required to provide a Statement of Qualifications, which will be evaluated based on factors such as project team, firm specific qualifications, experience, and business outreach plan. • The scope of work includes landscape architect services for various projects, including studies, evaluations, and designs. • The City is looking for vendors who can provide services on an as-needed basis. • The selected vendors will be required to provide a Statement of Qualifications, which will be evaluated based on factors such as project team, firm specific qualifications, experience, and business outreach plan. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposals.
