INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS RIDGEDALE AVE (CR 632) & GARFIELD AVE, EAST HANOVER

The County of Morris is seeking bids for the intersection improvements at Ridgedale Avenue (CR 632) and Garfield Avenue in the Township of East Hanover. The project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of 20 TON - HMA 19 M 64 Base Course, 100 SY – Concrete Sidewalk, 4” Thick, 130 LF– 9”x20” Concrete Vertical Curb, 290 LF – 4” Rigid nonmetallic conduit, 1 Unit – Controller Assembly, 8 Phase, 12 Units – Traffic Signal Head, 4 Units – Radar Detection, 1 Unit, Controller Turn-on, 1 Unit – GPS Unit, and other miscellaneous items. • The project requires compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and Regulations. • Bidders must possess a valid Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate. • A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid price, not to exceed $20,000, is required. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond as specified in the Contract Documents. • The project is subject to the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27-1 et seq.
