Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Firearms Training Facility Improvements

The Martin County Sheriff's Office is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction management at risk (CMAR) services for the Firearms Training Facility Improvements project. The project includes the construction of a 5,000 square foot metal warehouse building and a 7,000 square foot live fire shoot house prop located within a 10,700 square foot pole barn structure. Additional work includes expanding the existing parking lot, installing and improving fencing, gates, access control, and surveillance components, and connecting the site to newly available water and wastewater utilities.
