Countywide Improvements – Truck Washes & Generators

The County of St. Louis, Minnesota is seeking qualified contractors to perform countywide improvements to truck wash facilities and backup generators at its Ely, Pike Lake, and Meadowlands campuses. The scope includes design, supply, installation, and associated construction services for the wash stations and generator systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and operational requirements. • Replace or upgrade existing truck wash equipment and associated plumbing/electrical infrastructure. • Install new standby generators, including fuel systems, control panels, and site preparation. • Perform related civil works, site grading, and utility connections across three campus locations. • Provide full project management, permitting, and post‑installation testing and training.
