The Board of Commissioners for Charles County is issuing a task‑order, on‑call contract to qualified general contractors for the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of county utility infrastructure (water, sewer, reclaimed water, pumps, valves, piping, and related mechanical/electrical systems). Each task order may be up to $500,000 and will be awarded on a “lowest responsive, responsible bidder” basis. The contract runs from execution (post‑award) through December 31 2027 with four optional one‑year renewals.
