Blackwood Creek Sanitary Sewer Rehab - Grant Writing RFQ

The City of Calhoun is seeking a consultant to provide grant writing and administration services for federally funded projects. The selected firm will assist with the preparation and administration of grant applications, including the preparation of environmental review records, draw/disbursement requests, and close-out documents. The firm will also provide assistance with financial administration, public hearings, and funding agency monitoring visits. The project is subject to federal and state contract provisions, including Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
