Description
The Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is seeking bids for the replacement of the storefront and entrance at the Johnson Building. The project includes the removal of existing storefront framing, glazing, entrance door, and related components, as well as the provision of new thermally broken commercial aluminum storefront systems. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the project. The project requires a site visit and includes electronic access control and door hardware.
