The Pentwater Public Schools is seeking bids for the Improvements & Renovations Project Re-Bid BCAO1 General Trades. The project involves the construction of the Pentwater Public Schools' administration office and other facilities. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually on December 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Bidders are required to submit their bids by January 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to the execution of contracts.
