7195--Artwork ACT Englewood

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential vendors for the procurement and installation of acrylic and aluminum artwork at the Englewood Clinic in Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The scope of work includes the delivery and installation of artwork, as well as any necessary technical assistance and development of final specifications. The contractor must comply with local security policies and procedures and ensure the safety and welfare of customers, employees, and the community. Some key requirements of the project include: • The contractor must have a project manager/lead installer with at least 2 years of experience in performing installation services in healthcare facilities. • The contractor must provide all sample materials for awarded products and track the manufacturing schedule. • The contractor must attend a post-installation meeting to assess and address any punch-list items. • The contractor must provide 30 days of free storage for the artwork once the complete bill of materials has been received. • The contractor must ensure that all items are delivered in the manufacturer's original sealed containers and are marked with the PO and contract number.
