Description
The Navajo Nation’s Division of Community Development is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish an existing perimeter fence and install a new fence system for the Iyanbito Chapter on a 6.6‑acre tribal trust site. The scope includes two design options ( welded‑mesh or vertical‑bar fence), concrete‑set posts, two vehicular gates, optional ornamental gate enhancements, and a one‑year warranty. All work must be completed within one year of the notice‑to‑proceed and must adhere to Navajo Nation construction standards and labor requirements.
• Demolition of existing fence and removal of debris.
• Installation of either a 6‑ft welded‑mesh fence or a 6‑ft vertical‑bar fence, including posts, rails, concrete footings, and caps.
• Construction of two vehicular gates (standard and optional decorative gate) with heavy‑duty hardware.
• Mandatory site visit, submission of required certifications, bid guarantee (if > $50k), and performance/payment bonds.
