Description
The U.S. Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia is seeking a contractor to renovate the kitchenette space in the Chancery building. The project includes fixing and painting the walls, replacing flooring, kitchen cabinets, and appliances, as well as performing necessary electrical, plumbing, and construction work. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, supervision, and materials, except for the materials listed under Government Furnished Materials. The contractor must comply with the specifications and requirements outlined in the Statement of Work, including providing a written plan for implementing the accident prevention program and obtaining approval from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) before starting work.
