Red Circle Drive Sidewalk Improvements

The City of Minnetonka is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive sidewalk and related street improvements along Red Circle Drive. The scope includes removal and replacement of bituminous pavement, excavation, aggregate base placement, full‑depth reclamation, milling, installation of new concrete and bituminous walkways, curb and gutter work, traffic control, sodding, and pavement marking. All work must be performed in accordance with city specifications, with a 5 % bid bond required. • Removal of existing pavement and storm sewer pipe, followed by excavation and grading of approximately 936 cu yd of common fill. • Installation of new aggregate base (≈ 5,372 cu yd), full‑depth reclamation (≈ 1,256 sq yd), and mill of existing surface (≈ 639 sq yd). • Placement of new concrete sidewalks (≈ 1,651 sq ft), curbs/gutters (≈ 559 lin ft), and asphalt walkways (≈ 4,784 sq ft) with associated paving markings. • Required traffic control, sodding, and installation of new 12‑15″ RC storm sewer pipe (≈ 100 lin ft).
