Description
The Town of Knightdale, in partnership with the Wake County Transit Tax District Community Funding Program, is soliciting bids for the construction of approximately 1,255 linear feet of new sidewalks and related improvements on Knightdale Boulevard (US 64 Business) and Old Knight Road. The scope includes sidewalk paving, pavement markings, signage, drainage upgrades, minor roadway work, curb and gutter installation, and associated utility adjustments. The work will be performed under Town standards without federal funding and follows a unit‑price bid schedule covering earthwork, concrete, traffic control, erosion control, and utility modifications. Contractors must submit unit‑price bids for each listed item and comply with local construction and safety requirements.
