Budget estimate

$200,000 – $400,000

Based on typical municipal sidewalk construction costs ranging from $150 to $250 per linear foot, a 1,456‑ft sidewalk would likely cost between $218,400 and $364,000. Factoring in additional work such as tree removal, utility coordination, and landscaping could push the upper bound higher, so a reasonable estimate is roughly $200 K to $400 K.
