Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value, but the extensive scope—sidewalk conversion, signal upgrades, drainage work, barrier replacement, and numerous ADA‑compliant improvements over 1.68 mi—suggests a multi‑million‑dollar project. Comparable pedestrian‑safety upgrades in Maryland have ranged from $2 M to $5 M depending on site conditions, material costs, and labor rates. Therefore a reasonable estimate for the award amount is between $2 million and $5 million.
