This Invitation for Bids (IFB) seeks a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive construction and landscaping services for the Belmont Avenue Extended (Buffer) Drainage Project in Chevy Chase Village, MD. The work includes removal of existing storm‑drain infrastructure, grading, installation of new underground piping and inlets, planting of trees, shrubs and ground‑cover, mulching, and replacement of an irrigation system.
