Park Verde Road Irrigation Crossing Improvements Project

The Town of Camp Verde is seeking qualified contractors to execute the Park Verde Road Irrigation Crossing Improvements Project. The scope includes demolition of existing roadway and structures, installation of a precast concrete box culvert, extensive earthwork, utility relocation, pavement reconstruction, and related site work. An optional alternate adds a new watermain installation. Bidders must submit a detailed, lump‑sum bid by the deadline and may attend an optional pre‑bid meeting on October 15, 2026. • Remove existing chain‑link fence, catwalk, concrete bridge, and asphalt. • Perform earthwork (excavation, sediment removal, backfill) to accommodate a 6′ × 3′ × 38′ precast box culvert. • Install steel utility casing, engineered fill, riprap, and landscape walls. • Re‑pave roadway, apply tack coat, install painted centerlines, safety rail, and traffic delineators. • Optional watermain alternate: install 8″ ductile‑iron watermain, valves, and associated testing. • Provide all required surveying, traffic control, quality‑control testing, and documentation.
