The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for the design‑build construction of a low‑water crossing on George Road, including installation of a multi‑box concrete culvert, roadway and driveway reconstruction, utility adjustments, and a high‑water detection system with flashing beacons. The scope also covers grading, channel clearing, two maintenance access ramps with vehicular gates, and reconstruction of two sewer manholes.
