The Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking bids for Phase 1 of the Brandon Avenue Water Distribution System Improvements. The Base Bid Project will replace roughly 6,160 feet of existing water main with new 12‑inch and 6‑inch pipelines, install new service connections, and include related appurtenances as detailed in the provided plans and contract documents. This work will modernize the water infrastructure in the Roanoke, VA area and improve system reliability. • Replace ~6,160 ft of aging water line with new 12″ and 6″ pipe. • Install new service connections and associated appurtenances. • Follow detailed construction plans and specifications outlined in the solicitation. • Must be completed by the contract award date (not yet specified). • Open to qualified contractors with experience in water utility construction.
