Description
This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to design and construct a low‑water crossing on George Road, including culvert installation, roadway and driveway reconstruction, utility adjustments, and a high‑water detection system. The project will replace an existing crossing with an 8‑ft × 3‑ft multi‑box culvert, grade and clear the channel, build two maintenance access ramps with vehicular gates, adjust water and gas lines, and reconstruct two sewer manholes. The contractor must also install flashing beacons for high‑water alerts and perform related landscaping work.
