Description
Union County, GA is seeking Georgia‑state licensed contractors to replace the aging Spiva Cove Bridge and repair a culvert on Kiutuestia Creek Road at Lows Mill Road. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related services, and must hold a current contractor’s license, insurance, and the required performance and payment bonds. Proposals are sealed, split into separate qualifications and pricing packages, and must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on November 11, 2026. The County will evaluate qualifications first, then price, and may request oral presentations. The contract remains in effect until the project is completed.
