Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for the construction of a new three‑lane roadway stretching from Loop 410 to Adrian Drive, including associated infrastructure upgrades. The scope covers roadway milling and overlay, installation of new traffic signals, construction of sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and extensive utility work such as water, sewer, storm‑drain, and pipeline installations. The project is funded through the 2022 municipal bond program and will be managed through the CivCast online bidding platform.
• Construct a three‑lane roadway with new traffic signals, sidewalks, curbs, and driveways from Loop 410 to Adrian Drive and onward to Freiling St.
• Milling and overlay of existing pavement, new striping, and signal upgrades up to Freiling St.
• Perform utility installations including water mains, sewer/storm‑drain lines, and pipeline crossings (categories 91223, 91347, 91350, 91396, 96882, 91360, 91340, 91345).
• Bids must be submitted via CivCast by November 3, 2026, with an optional pre‑bid conference on October 14, 2026 via WebEx.
