Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $8,000,000

The opportunity lists an amount of $6,844,197, which appears to be the estimated contract value. Considering typical contingencies, change orders, and potential scope adjustments, a realistic budget range for the winning contractor would be roughly $5 million on the low end to $8 million on the high end. Factors influencing the final amount include the exact quantity of curb extensions, the extent of sidewalk repairs, and any additional utility work uncovered during construction.
