Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking qualified hunting outfitters to provide fully‑inclusive big‑game and bird hunting packages that will be awarded as prizes in the “Big Time Texas Hunts” drawing. Each package must include a licensed guide, meals, lodging, on‑site transportation, and post‑hunt documentation (photos and harvest scores). The contract will run from the award date through August 31 2028 with up‑to‑three one‑year renewal options. Vendors may submit proposals for one or more hunt packages; the award will be based on best value, not guaranteed volume.
