Description
The Royal Oak Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to design and build a storage building at Royal Oak High School. The storage building will be approximately 30' x 40' in size and will be constructed with a metal exterior and roof. The building will have two 7'H x 16'W sectional garage doors and one 3'W x 7'H hollow metal door. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. The project is expected to start in January 2025 and be completed by August 14, 2025.
• The contractor must provide a detailed list of any exceptions to the RFP or contract, along with explanations for such exceptions.
• The contractor must provide evidence of their ability to provide adequate insurance coverage to protect the interests of the contractor and the school district.
• The contractor must provide a completed familial disclosure affidavit and a completed Iran sanctions act affidavit of compliance.
• The contractor must provide a proposal pricing form, which includes the base bid amount, bond amount, and grand total base bid.
