Sole Source Purchase of International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) Courses

The Mississippi State University is seeking to purchase International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) courses as part of the Mississippi Education and Certification Program (MECP) for Tax Assessors. The program is mandated and empowered by the Mississippi Code, and the IAAO courses are the only ones that meet the requirements outlined in The Red Book, the manual of the MECP program. The courses include Fundamentals of Real Property Appraisal, Income Approach to Valuation, Cadastral Mapping Methods & Applications, and others.
