City of Chula Vista Ammunition

The City of Chula Vista is seeking sealed bids from qualified suppliers to provide factory‑new, first‑quality ammunition in strict accordance with the specifications listed in Exhibit A and the accompanying Pricing Sheet. The contract is a one‑year firm‑price agreement with the option to extend up to four additional one‑year periods. All ammunition must be delivered FOB Destination to the City’s address, be lot‑consistent where feasible, and meet all applicable federal, state, and local licensing and hazardous‑materials shipping regulations. No substitutions, alternates, or “equals” are allowed unless expressly permitted in Exhibit A.
