Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for various structures and encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. The selected contractor will be responsible for completing the work within 30 days of the notice to proceed. The scope of work includes demolition of improvements, structures, and other encumbrances, as well as removal and disposal of debris. The contractor must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class and must provide a performance and payment bond.
