The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for as-is, fully finished and furnished office space for administrative operations in support of law enforcement in Chicago, IL. The required space should be around 6,000-8,001 square feet, with 29-44 private offices, at least one conference room, and a dedicated server room. The space must be modern, high-quality, and suitable for professional use. The lease term will be 5 years, with the option to extend. The evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. • The space must be contiguous, but non-contiguous space may be considered if it meets certain conditions. • The space must be at or above ground level and have a Facility Security Level (FSL) of II minimum. • The main entry doors must support cipher lock access. • The government will not consider collocation with agencies or tenants whose clientele or operations conflict with law enforcement functions. • The offered space must meet the requirements in this advertisement and RLP 25REG00 and be priced accordingly. • The space must be delivered fully furnished, including systems furniture, private office furnishings, conference tables/chairs, and storage.
