Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a vendor to produce 500 map‑pad kits for the National Parks of Boston. Each kit contains 100 tear‑off, one‑sided, 4‑color process maps (total 50,000 maps). The contractor must use government‑furnished PDF files, meet GPO Quality Level 3 specifications, assemble pads on a 0.020‑in. chipboard backing, and ship the finished kits to Boston, MA by the end of July.

• 4‑color process, face‑only printing on JCP A240 paper (25×38 in, 70 lb) trimmed to 14×13 in
• Pad assembly on top‑dimension with chipboard backing; packaging ≤45 lb per carton, using GPO Form 905
• Proofs due 13 Jul 2026; final delivery required by 31 Jul 2026 to Boston NHP, Charlestown Navy Yard
• Contractor must submit a quote by 07 Jun 2026, provide financial responsibility documentation, and obtain “OK to Print” before production.
