Description
The United States Government is seeking to lease a minimum of 98,920 to a maximum of 104,521 square feet of contiguous warehouse and office space in Cayey, Puerto Rico. The space must have a minimum clear ceiling height of 30 feet, a minimum of 4 double loading docks with a minimum dock height of 8 feet 7 inches, and 24/7 access and operation ability. The lease term is for 15 years, with 10 years firm, and the government has termination rights. Offerors must provide evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). The government will evaluate proposals based on price and other factors.
