The Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Wood Mackenzie Inc. for access to their U.S. Gulf Coast Pipeline, Louisiana Gulf Coast Crude Storage, and Texas Gulf Coast Crude Storage subscriptions. The period of performance is estimated to be from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with two one-year options through August 31, 2029.
