Repair Winding Brook Sanitary Sewer

The project involves replacing a portion of the existing gravity sanitary sewer with new 8" PVC gravity sewer lines and providing maintenance access for portions of the system within the WindingBrook Subdivision in Elkton, Maryland. The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, survey, erosion and sediment control, connecting to existing manholes, installing new sanitary sewer manholes, and site restoration. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The project requires the contractor to provide a 4 ft by 8 ft project sign and maintain it until the project is completed. • The contractor must submit a Company Safety Program and obtain the County's acknowledgement before commencing work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and standards. • The contractor must defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the County, its employees, agents, and officials from any liabilities, claims, suits, or demands.
