Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a complete upgrade of its ProLiant DL380 G10 server racks, including hardware procurement, installation, and ongoing maintenance support. Bids must be submitted through the OhioBuys portal with a formal quote that remains valid for at least 90 days and references the applicable contract and product IDs. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Deliver a full set of upgraded ProLiant DL380 G10 servers per ODOT specifications.
• Provide installation, configuration, testing, and warranty support for the new equipment.
• Submit a detailed, dated quote via OhioBuys, including contract # and Product ID #, with an expiration of at least 90 days.
• Comply with ODOT’s standard terms and conditions (see attached PDF).
• Respond to any inquiries by the inquiry deadline (June 5, 2026).
