Description
The County is seeking a qualified vendor to supply fifteen double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54‑, 72‑, 96‑, 108‑inches) and matching gearboxes for two water‑treatment filter plants. The contract is for goods only; the vendor must provide full design documentation, shop drawings, compliance certificates, and complete operation & maintenance manuals, but installation and field testing are excluded. Delivery is FOB Destination to the two plant sites in Buford, GA, with freight prepaid.
• Supply of 15 double‑offset butterfly valves with AWWA C504/C516, NSF 61 compliance, and required pressure classes (75 B, 150 B for motor‑operated units).
• Provide new AWWA‑approved gearboxes, engineering design, shop drawings, and a Manufacturer Certificate of Compliance.
• Deliver comprehensive O&M manuals (hard copy and searchable PDF) and spare‑parts kits, plus a detailed manufacturing and delivery schedule.
