F-16 Interconnect Assembly

The Government seeks a qualified contractor to provide a single F‑16 Interconnect Assembly (NSN 1280‑01‑087‑4370, Part 16E1628‑5) and deliver a Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CPP) as a technical data deliverable. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, open‑market RFQ with range pricing for quantities of 1‑2, 3‑4, and 5‑10 units. The award will be made under DLA Aviation, and the contractor must meet CMMC Level 1, Buy‑American, and FMS export‑control requirements. Delivery of the hardware is required no later than 31 Mar 2028, and the CPP must be submitted within 30 calendar days after award. Un‑qualified vendors must submit a qualification package per DFARS 52.209‑1. • Provide one (1) Interconnect Assembly for the F‑16 platform, meeting the specified NSN and drawing 16E1628‑5. • Submit a Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CDRL A001) within 30 days post‑award, including required letters of transmittal. • Comply with MIL‑STD‑130, 129, 2073‑1 packaging/marking, IUID, and all applicable DFARS clauses (CMMC, Buy‑American, etc.). • Offer price ranges for 1‑2, 3‑4, and 5‑10 units; early delivery is permitted without cost increase.
