Description
The City of Laconia is seeking bids for a P Series MR 2'X2' Infared Asphalt Repair System. The system should include a mini asphalt recycler, infrared heating units, and compatible asphalt repair materials. The successful bidder will be required to provide a complete system package, including all necessary components and materials. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any part thereof, and to waive any formality in the process.
• The system must meet or exceed the general specifications outlined in the bid document.
• The City will evaluate bids based on compliance with specifications, delivery time, warranty, and cost.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of compliance with bid/proposal specifications.
• The City reserves the right to cancel this request at any time for any reason.
