The City of Clean Water Services is seeking bids for the construction of the Durham WRRF Odor Control Phase 3 Headworks Project No. 7202. The project involves the construction and commissioning of a new engineered media biofilter, installation of two new odor control fans, modification of foul air ducting, demolition of the existing odor mist scrubber, and other related work. The estimated construction cost of the work is $4,240,000.
• The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work.
• The contractor must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and qualified in accordance with ORS 279C.
• A prebid conference and site visit will be held on March 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
• Bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4476 by 2:00:00 p.m. local time on April 9, 2026.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents.
