The Erie County Sewer District is seeking qualified contractors to perform a suite of coating, concrete stabilization, and repair services at the Big Sister Creek Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility in Angola, NY. The work includes interior and exterior painting of steel and fiberglass tanks, subsurface injection stabilization beneath concrete pads, and concrete ceiling crack and spalling repairs in multiple buildings. The contract is a sealed‑bid solicitation with a revised bid opening date of September 28 2026 and a required completion date of July 30 2027.
• Scope covers exterior painting of a ferric‑chloride tank, interior coating of a DAF thickener tank, and targeted subsurface injection stabilization.
