Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide pavement striping services for a specified location with the Shiprock Agency. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, and the period of performance will be 30 days from the date the Notice to Proceed is issued. The contractor will be required to provide a price quote that addresses all elements of the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is attached to the solicitation.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to complete the pavement striping services.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The contractor will be required to provide a signed and completed IEE Representation Form with their quote.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their price quote, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror.
