Description
This joint‑on‑call (JOC) contract calls for the full replacement of existing guardrails across unincorporated areas of South Los Angeles County. The work will be performed under the Los Angeles County Public Works umbrella, with electronic submission via Bid Express and a bid opening webcast on Microsoft Teams.
