The VA is seeking a qualified firm to deliver comprehensive planning, inspection, design, and construction‑management services for the roof concrete deck of Building 5 at the Hudson Valley Healthcare System. The effort includes evaluating the existing roof condition, assessing structural trusses, conducting site surveys and destructive investigations, restoring disturbed areas, and producing a complete, coordinated set of construction documents ready for bidding. This is a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price effort with a 285‑day performance period, and vendors must submit a capabilities statement (no pricing) by the response deadline.
