Description
The County of Franklin, Missouri is soliciting sealed bids for the removal of an existing low‑water crossing and construction of a new bridge on St. John’s Creek Road. The scope includes excavation, pile driving, substructure and superstructure work, embankments, asphalt paving, striping, guard rails, traffic control, fencing, and related incidental items. Bidders must be on MoDOT’s Qualified Contractor List, provide a 5 % bid security, meet wage‑rate and immigration‑affidavit requirements, and submit an OSHA ten‑hour safety program within 60 days of commencing work.
