Description
The project consists of an interior renovation of the existing Leitchfield Readiness Center building. The scope of work includes updating restrooms, demolishing and reconstructing new showers and drying areas, adding an ADA accessible shower, repurposing space for a new lactation room, replacing interior doors and hardware, and installing new ceilings, wall paint, and flooring. The project also includes major renovations of the building systems, such as replacing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• The project requires the replacement of plumbing DWV and water line piping, as well as plumbing fixtures.
• The project includes the installation of new cable trays and cable, replacement of existing cables, and installation of wireless access points.
• The project requires the replacement of life safety systems.
• The project includes a site visit on 8/3/2026 at 11:00 A.M. Central Time.
• Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
