Description
This five‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) provides continuous snow‑removal services for Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The contractor must maintain a 24/7 on‑call roster, respond within two hours of a government call‑out, and supply a front‑end loader with a 12‑ft push blade, a dump‑truck, and backup equipment. All work is performed on base parking lots and streets; runway and flight‑line areas are excluded. The contract is a total small‑business set‑aside and will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable (LPTA) basis.
• Provide hourly, firm‑fixed‑price snow‑removal services (minimum 1 hour, maximum 500 hours per snow season).
• Store equipment on‑base free of charge during the November 1 – March 1 window and be ready to mobilize within 2 hours of notification.
• Submit a Mission‑Essential Services Plan, a 24/7 dispatch contact list, and maintain $200,000 commercial general liability insurance; invoicing > $25 K must be processed through WAWF.
