Description
This opportunity seeks multiple small businesses to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for airfield heavy‑equipment transportation, preparation, and cleaning at Fort Drum, New York. The work includes removing equipment attachments, moving broken‑down equipment between the airfield and the SMA yard, washing to meet FAA and Army standards, and assuming full liability for any damage during handling. The BPA is set‑aside 100 % for small businesses (size standard $34 million) and will be evaluated annually, with a possible maximum term of five years. The contractor must provide all labor, transportation, environmental compliance (SPCC, ISCP, HWMP), insurance, and training required for safe execution.
• Remove attachments, transport equipment from P‑20240 to P‑4530 and back after repair.
• Perform washing/cleaning per FAA AC 150/5200‑30D and AR 32‑1002.
• Meet strict environmental and safety requirements (spill prevention, hazardous‑waste handling, training, insurance).
• Use Fort Drum’s provided wash bay and pressure washer; all other logistics supplied by contractor.
