Furniture Moving

The U.S. Army Garrison Fort Drum, Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is seeking multiple businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for furniture moving services. The services would include moving, installing, assembling, and disassembling furniture in a variety of buildings on Fort Drum, NY, and its surroundings. The estimated value of this effort is $450,000.00, and no individual BPA call will exceed $350,000.00. The BPA will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. The Contractor must be able to accept the Government Purchase Card (GPC) as payment for calls issued up to $25,000. Some key points to consider are: • The Contractor shall move, install, assemble, and disassemble furniture in a variety of buildings on Fort Drum, NY, and its surroundings. • The Contractor shall protect the items being moved, assembled, or disassembled from damage. • The Contractor shall protect all Government facilities from damage during moving, assembly, and disassembly operations. • The Contractor is responsible for repairing any damage caused to facilities or equipment. • The Contractor shall clean up all debris and discarded materials resulting from operations at the end of each workday.
