Description
The Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) is conducting market research for a nationwide, turnkey solution to supply, deliver, install, and dispose of a standardized, branded office‑furniture package for its recruiting facilities. The work will be performed under a five‑year Requirements Contract (FAR Part 12/15) covering design‑to‑delivery of chairs, desks, lounge furniture, cabinets, and related accessories, with a mandatory five‑year warranty and ongoing logistics support across approximately 1,500 recruiting sites in the continental United States. Vendors must be capable of providing a fully assembled physical display for government evaluation and must comply with U.S. domestic‑source (Berry Amendment) and safety (BIFMA, TB 133/117) requirements.
• Provide complete furniture sets (chairs, desks, monitor arms, pedestals, lounge items, cabinets, lockers) that meet specified ANSI/BIFMA standards and USMC brand guidelines.
• Deliver, install, and dispose of the furniture at Marine Corps Districts, Recruiting Stations, and Substations; report weekly installation status and quarterly contract performance.
• Maintain a minimum 5‑year warranty, resolve warranty claims within 30 days, and certify compliance with Buy American, Non‑Manufacturer, and Berry Amendment rules.
