The Department of the Navy (NAVFAC) is seeking experienced industrialized‑construction firms to design, manufacture, transport, assemble, construct, and commission approximately 1.7 million sq ft of modern barracks across 12 buildings at Marine Corps installations on the East Coast. The work must employ volumetric modular, hybrid, or Kit‑of‑Parts approaches, achieve at least 20 % cost savings and 30 % schedule acceleration versus traditional construction, and meet DoD Unified Facility Criteria and Whole Building Design Guide standards. Vendors must demonstrate at least three $50 M+ industrialized‑construction projects (aggregate $150 M+), provide bonding capacity, and be capable of delivering integrated design‑to‑construction services in the specified geographic region.
